Solo travelers looking for value

The staff were accommodating, even if not all spoke English. The warm toilet seat was pure bliss after a long day of exploring!

It wasn't the cheapest option around, but the price wasn't a deal-breaker.

location: the hotel was short walk to shin osaka metro station, seven eleven and family mart and shops inside the station and usb ports for charging devices. you can find nakau nishinakajima right next to the property to a have lunch.

had really nice stay out of the three nights of our stay, the staff were outstandingly accommodating, location was perfect near two convenience stores. the room was decent size, had an electronic key card, a work desk and a tv. we got a bidet too. everything was simply very good.

Coin laundry lacking detergent!!! The washing machine needs cleaning, and the small room barely accommodates a big suitcase!!! Fresh linen and towels should be more efficiently requested without a form!!! Dirty floors on a second stay are unacceptable!!!

We had the queen room and it was compact with comfortable bed and modern bathroom. There were an electronic key card, a work desk and TV provided...

The American breakfast was good and enjoyable with local specialties such as, Japanese cuisines and also fried food.

Had a great stay! Super close to Shin-Osaka station. The room felt cozy, and the luggage forwarding service was a lifesaver. Just a heads up, navigation from the station can be tricky with heavy bags.

Friendly staff, and the location couldn't be better-just a short walk from public transport. The nearby convenience stores were a nice touch too.

Rooms can feel cramped for those with larger luggage. Housekeeping is limited, so plan accordingly if you need fresh towels or room cleaning.

I was blown away by the nearby food scene! Just a hop to Mushamen Shin Osaka for slurp-worthy ramen or Danshiyaku for some yakitori. Plus, my room in the Double Room, Non-Smoking was clean and surprisingly spacious.

Word to the wise, navigating from Shin-Osaka station can be a hassle, especially with luggage.

The hotel's location is convenient, just a short walk from public transportation and multiple dining options. The room I stayed in could have used some minor maintenance, as there were a few scuff marks on the walls. While the check-in process was efficient, staff availability during peak hours was lacking, difficult to get assistance when needed.
